Biosketch
Mr. Ashok Kumar V has completed his B.Sc. Ed and MSc degrees in Chemistry from Regional Institute of Education, Mysore and National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli respectively. After successfully defending his Ph.D. in Chemical sciences with the thesis entitled “Oxidative dehydrogenation (ODH) of hydrocarbons over mixed metal oxides” he has joined as Assistant manager at Evonik catalysts, Mumbai. Currently he is working as Senior manager R&D, Research scientist, Product quality and Project Management, Tech transfer at Evonik catalysts.

Biosketch
Mr. Siva Prasad Mekala has completed his B.Tech and M.Tech degrees in Chemical Engineering from Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute, Chennai and Gayathri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam respectively. He has been working as Project Assistant and Project Scientist since May 19th 2016 and working on various research problems involving activation of lower hydrocarbons and primary alcohols.
Research Intrest
Activation of primary hydrocarbons for various techniques like reforming, partial oxidation and dehydration of primary alcohols for the production of their ethers.

Mr. Periyasamy K has completed his B.Sc and M.Sc in Chemistry from Bharathiar University, Tamil Nadu. He has worked as a Project Assistant in the field of heterogeneous catalysis in this group and his research work was focused on “Dehydrogenation of lower alkanes (C2 and C3) with CO2 to their olefins: Catalysis and investigation factors that control the reaction". Having 2.5 years of research experience in NCL with two publications.

Archana Ramakrishnan has pursued her Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from Fergusson College, Pune. She has completed her graduation (B.Sc) with a specialisation degree in Chemistry from the same college. As a M.Sc project she had been working on ‘Catalytic Dehydration of Sugars’. Further her keen interests are Method Development for Analytical instrument techniques, Computational Chemistry to study the Molecule Simulation and Life sciences.
